年金改革方案草案昨出爐，勞保費率每年將調高一趴，將逐步提升至十八趴，且退休金計算基準將由現行採計平均投保薪資五年延長到十五年，多數勞工將多繳、少領，影響層面廣，勞工團體盼未來勞退整併勞保，減緩費率調升。

以目前勞保平均投保薪資三萬○六三五元計算，待費率達天花板後，要負擔兩成保費的勞工，每人每月保費將增加五二○元，負擔七成保費的雇主，為每名勞工繳的保費更增加一八二三元，恐間接影響調薪意願。此外，採計投保年資從現行平均五年延長到十五年，對於薪資緩慢調升的中低階勞工影響最大，年金將明顯減少。

勞保年金改革未來「繳多、領少、延後退」，又因費率調升，勞雇雙方支出都增加，可能會減少加薪機會。對此，台灣勞工陣線協會秘書長孫友聯表示，昨天年改記者會上，副總統陳建仁研擬將勞退和勞保二個制度合在一起，他很同意，兩者併計，資方相關支出費率合計，或許可減緩費率級距調升的速度。

高教工會理事劉侑學則說，費率調升雇主成本會上升，勞工實際所得也會降低，但目前年金財務狀況困難，又全國有七十一萬勞工，勞保年金平均月領一點六萬元，「已經偏低」，相較減少給付年金，調高費率或許較適當，且費率漸進調高，還可接受。

孫友聯表示，現行勞保機制自二○○九年起，就有規範老年年金給付年齡從六十歲，逐步調高到六十五歲，費率天花板也將漸進升高到十二％，這次年改幅度不算太大。

另外，經年金改革辦公室計算，年改後，勞保基金直到二○三六年都不會破產，劉侑學說，這次年改，政府將挹注二百億元，費率也調高，基金卻僅能延長九年，效益不高，政府應公布更多資訊。

英國情報機構「政府通訊總部」（GCHQ）據傳近日推出一項新策略，為了培養更多網路間諜，打算網羅年約13歲至15歲、熱愛網路及社群媒體的少女，讓她們參與一項競賽，內容包含邏輯與程式設計，還有密碼學。

據《BBC》報導，去年11月英國政府宣布實施一項「國家網絡安全計劃」，由國家網路安全中心負責，打算邀請13歲至15歲、必須熱愛網路及社群平台的少女，加入這場競賽，希望她們未來能選擇網路安全作為未來職業。

比賽規則將參賽者分成4人1組，透過學校的電腦遠距完成網路課題，每一個階段的難度都將增加，內容包含邏輯、程式設計及密碼學。最後得分最高的小組，將受邀至倫敦參加決賽，內容為解決一次複雜的網路威脅。

報導指出，最終獲得冠軍的小組，將為學校贏得價值1000英鎊的電腦設備，也會獲得個人獎勵。國家網路安全中心1名發言人表示，相信女性能夠且確實為網路安全工作帶來變化，希望透過這項競賽，讓更多喜愛網路的女性，選擇網路安全工作為職業。
